DATO' LEE CHONG WEI

Dato' Lee Chong Wei is my hero. He inspired me since I was a kid. He was ranked first worldwide for 199 consecutive weeks from August 21, 2008 to June 14, 2012. He is the third Malaysian men's singles shuttler after Rashid Sidek and Roslin Hashim to achieve such a ranking, and is the only Malaysian shuttler to hold the ranking for more than two weeks.  He did his best to make all the Malaysian's proud in the 2012 Olympic Games. He spend hours training to achieve gold in the Olympic Games but unfortunately he lost against Lin Dan ( China ) in the finals 21–15, 10–21, 19–21. The match was interesting.  3rd set was a Heart-Pumping game, heart wrenching game for me to watch in fact... so near and yet so far... to gain a point is to difficult... he has tried his best. He got silver medal for 2008 and 2012 Olympic Games. Although he is second best in the world, but he is number one in our hearts. Thank you Dato' Lee Chong Wei for all the hard work that you have done for Malaysia.
